KHAT — a teaching platform under the teacher's name

An Egyptian software service through which private teachers and tutoring centres run their lessons, exams, student follow-up and collections from a single platform carrying their own name.

The service

Each teacher receives a separate platform carrying their name and logo, which students open directly in a browser with nothing to install. It covers lessons and video, exams and marking, attendance and recorded collections, and reports that reach the student and the parent.

The platform does not present the grade alone. It shows how long each lesson was watched and how often it was opened, a diagnosis of performance on every question, and the students who stopped studying before the result said so.

Who it serves

Teachers and tutoring centres in Egypt, together with their students and parents. The interface is Arabic and is designed for mobile first.

What is sold

A subscription to the platform (software as a service) across three published plans — See, Understand and Act — which differ in the depth of follow-up and the number of students, together with an Institution plan for centres and academies priced on request. Prices range from 1,520 to 6,900 EGP per month depending on the plan and the billing term, and are published in full on the plans page.

  • A full 7-day trial with no bank card.
  • Season subscription: 10 months at the price of 8, paid upfront in two instalments — one at the start of the season and one at the start of the second term.
  • Monthly subscription: full price, no commitment, cancellable at any time.
  • No setup or onboarding fee. Prices are in Egyptian pounds.

KHAT sells the platform subscription to the teacher and takes no percentage of the tuition collected from students. Money moves between the teacher and the student; the platform records and tracks it.
