Why KHAT
Four questions every teacher asks, and nothing answers
Not a feature list. These are the things that actually bother you while you work, and the platform was built around them.
A student opens the video and puts the phone down, and it counts as watched. KHAT records how many times they opened it and how many minutes they stayed — the difference between someone who watched 36 minutes of 38, and someone who watched 4.
A grade on its own says nothing. KHAT tells you which idea did not land, and which students missed it by name, so you re-teach the people who need it rather than the whole class.
Sometimes half the class misses a question you know you taught. KHAT looks at your strongest students: if they missed it too, the fault is in the question, not in them — and it says so plainly.

An exam does not just hand out grades — it gets judged too
When a class misses a question there are three completely different reasons. What separates them is how your strongest students did on that same question, and KHAT makes that call automatically after every exam. Try it: pick a question below.
And it says “I can't tell” when it can't
If only five students sat a question, the platform says the sample is too small to judge instead of guessing. A verdict built on five answers is worse than no verdict.

Every idea that did not land comes with the list of students who missed it, by name — so you can talk to them, not stare at a percentage.
And doubtful attempts are set aside
Before the class average is calculated, attempts that look wrong are excluded — so one student who cheated does not leave you thinking the class understood.

Most platforms stop at the report and leave you to it. KHAT carries on: it takes the diagnosis, builds a follow-up exam from it, and sends it only to the students who need it.

A question the diagnosis flagged as faulty is never repeated. The students did not fail it — it failed them, and re-asking it teaches the class that a wrong answer was right.

A student who got all of it right learns nothing from the paper. Sending work that serves no purpose is the fastest way to teach your students to stop opening what you send.

Exam integrity
Eight signals that tell thinking apart from copying
Most platforms “stop cheating” by locking the screen and leaving it there. KHAT reads how the student actually worked and produces a 0–100 indicator of how likely it is that an attempt was not honest. Every signal is an observation, not an accusation — which is why it builds an indicator rather than flagging a student on one hit.

For every student and every lesson, KHAT records three things: how many times they opened it, how many minutes they stayed, and when they last opened it. This is what everything else is built on — without it, any “analysis” is a guess.

Who is bluffing. Four minutes of a forty-minute video, and a tick next to their name on any other platform.
And who needs help. A student replaying the same lesson three times is not slacking — they do not understand it.

Your content is protected — and you know who went near it
Protection in KHAT has three layers: we prevent, we stamp the student's name over everything, and we log who tried. That third layer does not exist anywhere else in this market.

Type “ahmed”, find “Aḥmad”
Every real Arabic roster contains أحمد and احمد, فاطمة and فاطمه, مصطفى and مصطفي — each written by whoever filled in the form. Ordinary search fails at this and leaves you blaming yourself.
KHAT's search treats all of those as one, strips diacritics and stretch characters, and finds “محمد علي” inside “محمد أحمد علي”. Type 010 and it finds ٠١٠, and the other way round.
Every chart can be read as a table
Charts are good for a glance, but when you need to put a number in a report or send it to someone, you need the number itself, not its shape.
Every chart in KHAT has a table view with the values written out — the same data, stated. No hovering over a bar to find out what it is.
Arabic and English, all the way through
The whole platform is translated, not just the buttons. A student picks their language in Settings and everything follows, including reports and certificates.
Your own payment channels
You register your own details — Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Orange Cash, bank transfer — with the name, the number and any note for the student. Switch any of them on or off whenever you like.

What you need to know before you start
Where are my videos stored?
You upload to your own YouTube channel as an unlisted video — it never appears in search or on your channel, and nobody reaches it except from inside your platform. You own the channel and the content.
KHAT plays the video inside the app itself, stamps the student's name and number over it, and blocks capture and download. Students never see YouTube, ads or suggested videos — they see your platform and nothing else.
And there is a step coming: uploading directly to our own servers, with no YouTube at all. When it lands, nothing about the content you already have will change.
How is my content protected?
Three layers. Prevention: screen capture, copy and download are blocked wherever the operating system allows it, and video plays inside your platform without exposing its link.
Attribution: the student's name and number are tiled over the content and survive re-photography and compression, so any leaked frame names whoever leaked it.
And the log: every capture or screen recording the device reports is written down for you with the student's name, the lesson and the time — so you can act early with a student who keeps doing it. Nothing else in this market has that.
How do students pay?
Students transfer to you the way they already do — Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, Fawry, Orange Cash, bank transfer, or cash at the centre — and upload the receipt inside the platform. You review the request and approve it in one tap, and the content opens immediately.
And for a student with no electronic payment method at all, you can open the content for them yourself.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
Zero. Every pound you collect from students goes to you in full — we are never party to the money; students transfer to you directly. Your monthly subscription is our only revenue from you.
Which is why the Acts plan carries unlimited students: you grow and the bill does not move.
Can I move content from another platform?
Lessons link to video URLs, so moving them is quick, and your student roster uploads in one go. We help you migrate during your first week as part of the subscription, not as a paid service — message us and we will walk it with you.
Can I send a lesson or exam to specific students only?
Yes. Every lesson and exam can be aimed at exactly who should see it — a whole group, or students you pick by name. Useful for make-up exams, catch-up revision, or material for a top set.
And if you add a student to a group later, they receive everything that group can reach, with no need to go back and edit each item.
How many students does the diagnosis need?
It starts producing a result you can act on at around 10 students per exam. Below that the platform tells you plainly that the sample is too small rather than guessing. That is deliberate: a verdict built on five answers can send you in the wrong direction.
What if I cancel?
A monthly subscription cancels at any time and keeps running to the end of the month you paid for. A season subscription runs to the end of the season you committed to.
Either way your data stays available for 60 days after cancellation. No cancellation penalty, no hidden fees, and no renewal behind your back.
Is there a mobile app?
Today KHAT runs in the browser on phones and computers, and students open it from a link with nothing to install — which makes their first step much easier.
And Android and iPhone apps are coming soon. When they land they will be available to every subscriber at no extra cost.
Does the platform keep improving?
Roughly every three months there is an update cycle adding new capabilities. What gets built first is decided by teachers' own feedback.
That is why there is a feedback screen inside the platform — send us any note, idea or problem, any time. What several teachers repeat becomes a priority in the next update.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can use WhatsApp and upload a video to YouTube, you can run KHAT. And there is a guided tour permanently in Settings that walks you through every screen and points at the exact control you are looking for — not only on first use.

When does support reply?
9am to 5pm, Saturday to Thursday, on WhatsApp and by email. There is also a support screen inside the platform where you can send a complaint or a suggestion.
