How we protect your videos and your students’ data.

Your videos

• Videos you upload to us play only for students enrolled in the course, and only inside your platform. The link on its own opens nothing.
• The student’s name and number are written across the lesson and the exam, so any photo or video that leaks points to its owner.
• Blocking screenshots differs from device to device, and the Content protection screen in your platform tells you exactly what is enforced on each. In a browser nothing can stop a screenshot, which is why the watermark is the real protection.
• And what nobody can prevent — someone filming the screen with a second phone — we tell you plainly, and we don’t sell you an impossible promise.

Your students’ data

• Each platform is isolated from the others: no other teacher sees your students.
• Platform data is stored on Google Cloud servers in Europe, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
• Parents receive nothing except what you send yourself from the student’s file.

Money

• Your students pay you directly, by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or any method you add. KHAT isn’t in the middle and takes no commission.
• A transfer photo is seen only by the teacher and the student who uploaded it.

When you cancel

Your data is kept for 90 days after cancelling in case you come back, and you can export it before then. After 90 days it is deleted. The legal detail is in the privacy policy.
